Axolotl Shipping

• We ship exclusively through Auspost/Startack Priority Overnight for the safety and well-being of our animals.

• Shipping days are Monday and Tuesday to avoid delays over the weekend.

• Shipping may be delayed due to extreme temperatures or severe weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone shipping if conditions are unsafe for the animal.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all shipments sent through labels purchased directly through us.

In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the following requirements must be met:

• Photos and/or video of the axolotl must be provided within 1 hour of delivery.

• The axolotl must remain in the original unopened shipping bag until documentation is provided.

• Failure to meet these requirements will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

If all requirements are met, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement

• Refund of the purchase price of the animal.

⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Holding Policy

We are happy to hold axolotls after purchase. A 1-week grace period is provided. After the first week, a holding fee of $10 per axolotl, per week will be applied to help cover food, daily water changes, and continued care.
